The apparent displacement of an object ( How reflection can transform an experiential event into an object of thought) was presented as a live  performance  in collaboration with Máire O’ Mahony at Cork Film Centre for  I N D  I V I S I B L E .

The work explored the phenomenological idea that the world comes in to the body, that’s how we experience it. Exploring the idea that the lived experience of movement is immediate. It precludes reflection, criticism and evaluation. The action of reflection nullifies lived experience to the extent that reflection transforms the experiential event into an object of thought.
